Healthy Christchurch Evaluation 2008!!!
On 11 November 2008 the Healthy Christchurch Evaluation was sent out via email and post to the over 200 organisations who had signed up to the Healthy Christchurch Charter. The signatories to the charter agreed to work together to promote, protect and improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Christchurch.
It has been 5 years since the last evaluation of Healthy Christchurch so we really needed the input of signatories to see where we are and where they want Healthy Christchurch to go.
Some correspondence running up to the evaluation survey was emailed to signatories to get them prepared and ready to dive into it! The survey had been piloted and received helpful responses which were taken on board and incorporated into the final version.
Signatories have 3 weeks from 11 November 2008 so the deadline is Tuesday 2nd December 2008.
Once the results of the evaluation have been collated they will be posted on this website.
